A lot of people think the Rams are going to lose the game today on Monday night. But the Rams are still a professional football team and can win. So i will tell you how we can win today so we can gain some pride and actually go to bed feeling good.

1. Stop Marshawn Lynch. We can have a good chance to win if we can keep Marshawn under 75 yards, not let him run through holes, and make sure he does not get more than 3 yards a run.

2.Run Run Run. Make sure we give the ball A LOT to Steven Jackson, If we can run well it will make are passing game more effective

3. Pressure Tarvaris Jackson. If we can pressure Tarvaris it will make him throw a lot of incomplete passes and some interceptions. Also the Seahawks have 2 injured starting offensive linemen So i think Robert Quinn and Chris Long will have a fun game sacking the Quarter Back.

4. Have a effective passing game. If Sam Bradford is playing tonight he needs to keep are passing game going and throw to Brandon Lloyd a lot.
