The St. Louis Rams could be without starting quarterback Sam Bradford for the third week in a row according to ESPN's John Clayton. The Professor said on the air this morning that it "looks like Bradford" will sit (hat tip to friend of TST Evan Silva at NBC Sports). No Bradford means Feeley would make his third start and fourth appearance.
Clayton's word is hardly final. In fact, he's been wrong with his reports of players expected to be in and out several times this season. Yesterday, the Rams were openly optimistic about Bradford's possibilities for playing this week, in a report from Jason LaCanfora of NFL Network.
Bradford practiced a little more yesterday, including 7-on-7 and other drills. He did not participate with the full squad, however. Keep an eye on the Rams' practice today, when Bradford is expected to push it a little further. What he does in practice today should go along way toward determining his status for the week.
