It's not a great way to start the weekend. Without Saffold, the Rams have now lost all their week 1 starters at OT and CB. It's impossible to envision what could have been if this list of injured Rams was only half as long.

Hughes, a rookie from SE Louisiana, was signed to fill the spot, being bumped up from the practice squad.
