Steven Jackson Presents His Body

St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson poses for ESPN the Magazine's "Bodies" issue.

That picture, the one you're uncomfortably starting at above, is none other than St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson. It's ok to be impressed. The guy takes impeccable care to stay in shape, as you may have noticed in the short film series he did, "Week In The Life" or his workout contest

That photo is from EPSN's "bodies" issue of their magazine, which features muscle porn for every taste

Jackson was the talk of Rams Nation yesterday after taking over for a few minutes in yesterday's practice at Rams Park. Whatever he said to fire up the offense it fired up the tempo at practice. Suffering through the start of this season hasn't been easy for fans. People are looking for answers. Jackson looks like he delivered exactly what the team needed yesterday.

Last week, the Rams leaned on Jackson in the running game, his first appearance at full strength since suffering a quad injury in week one. He'll be needed when play resumes in week six against Green Bay, both for his ability and his leadership.

I think Van owes us a different photo in the comments

Something less, uh, footballish and more, let’s say, ladies’ swim team-like?

90 reps

225 leg press…ouch.

years ago inspired by a muscle and fitness article i did 100 bicep half curls. the weight was low but what a pump. my arms were sore for about 4 days and i mean really sore. i never did that again.

I used to curl 12 ounces 24 times a day

All it got me was a tire and a hangover. Could this be what Jackson looked like when he was chewin some locker room ass the other day? Or did he have the other leg forward? It’d be 1 way to get every ones undivided attention.

The quad looks fine.

This photo is more disturbing than Danny’s dislocation!
