Peter King brought this up this morning but say the Rams gave up a 4th round pick for Lloyd and could not resign him to a long term deal and he became a free agent, the Rams would then probably receive a 5th round compensatory pick.
Not a bad gamble in my opinion
You can then have Lloyd and DX with Salas in the slot and Clayton and Pettis backing them up, the WR corps do not look so bad
