Two St. Louis Rams greats are among the finalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2011. Running backs Jerome Bettis and Marshall Faulk are two of 17 finalists who will be considered when the committee votes on Feb. 5, 2011.
Naturally, I'm biased and believe that both players deserve a spot in the hall of fame. The rules say that between four and seven new members will be elected every year. Bettis and Faulk have some stiff competition for those spots, with players like Willie Roaf, Deion Sanders, Terrell Davis, Curtis Martin, Shannon Sharpe and others in the mix too.
Congrats to two favorites of almost every Rams fan.
