Go back to the start of the league year, when the 1-15 Rams of 2009 put all that aside and started to become the 7-9 Rams of 2010. 

Yes, obviously the Rams drafting Sam Bradford with the first overall pick counts as one, but that's too easy. Give me the others, a crucial game, a difference making play, an injury that shaped the season, a front office move that had an impact.
