The St. Louis Rams better start thinking about a new offensive coordinator. Word this morning, from two people who might be described as "in the know," is that the Cleveland Browns will make an offer to Rams offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur for their head coaching vacancy. 

ESPN's Chris Mortensen and SI's Peter King are both telling readers that a Shurmur hire will happen. 

Now, the Rams may already have a head start in the search for an offensive coordinator since head coach Steve Spagnuolo shares an agent with Shurmur, Holmgren...and Josh McDaniels. There's been uninformed speculation around McDaniels and Brad Childress.
