TJ or Vjax?? Which is better?
Open question here ladies and gents. But with all this speculation going around there really isnt a thread that compares vjax to housh. So i wanted to see what the ram nation would prefer to have suit up in blue and gold this year.
heres my short comparison of both
VJAX
The Good
- proven number 1
- younger
- perhaps a better skill set
The bad
- Questionable behaviour
- Egosistacle
- Very expensive
- Only has one tremendous year
TJ
The good:
- more expierence than vjax
- (in my opinion) better hands
- a very good route runner
- want to win
- team player
the bad
- older than vjax
- has not proven himself as a dominant number one
- perhaps on the decline of his career
now its your turn! tell me what you think.
should the rams invest in these two or perhaps go another way??

It's more a question of:
Do you want a young and upcoming wide out with great size and speed and all of the crappy things that seem to come along with having a WR like that?
Or… do you want a crafty veteran with a couple years left in the tank (maybe), an over inflated contract and who got himself run out of Seattle for having a poor attitude?
On a young team, I would take the proven number one and give him a big fat performance and behavior laden contract. Like I said in a previous post, we will be giving a huge contract to a WR we draft in the first round anyway, why not pick up a guy that we know can be a successful WR in the NFL.
Ignorance is bliss and way too many people are happy.
VJAX is a number 1 wideout, Housh is at best a number 2 or slot guy.
VJAX has upside and fits a need for us, so VJAX wins this very easily.
Bradford to Onobun!
I voted neither purely based on what comes with each reciever
Housh is on the downside of his career and regardless of the fact he may be a better option than what we have now its gonna stunt the potential development of guys i’d like to see given a shot. Laurent Robinson needs to stay healthy but if he can i believe he has the ability to be a really good (not elite but really good) wideout. Gilyard, Amendola and Gibson will all develop into real solid players given enough game time.
Jackson is an elite player but i look at what it would seemingly cost and it just doesn’t sit right. Add in the suspension and it really stops the case for me. Now don’t get me wrong i wouldn’t be disappointed to see either join but i just can’t get my head around either being worth a shot right now
+1
I watched the ravens game strictly looking to see if we could still stretch the field without avery. If we couldn’t I would have been the first one to say we HAVE to get a WR. But these kids did really well. Now I know that doesn’t mean that when real season starts we wont see that we have to get someone else next year but these kids haven’t shown me they can’t do it yet. If anything Amendola impressed the heck out of me with the one catch he made while running on the outside. He looked as good as any reciever out there that pass. They are really young and hungry with good work ethic. I say give them a shot and look to next season to fix this problem
More to offer in Baltimore than StL right now
for a decent but aging WR looking for a soft landing spot (ie. higher probability of winning) with his money already gauranteed.
I should be working right now...
its a good move for TJ
its just to bad we didnt get him, but we got clayton, who isnt a bad pickup but by no means is it a “sexy” one. he will add depth and expierence to the rams corps. so atleast we got a WR. lets cross are fingers and hopefully maybe the rams management will aquire another WR
And the future...begins now. I believe in Sam Brad

I'd rather see
a solid backup RB and O-Lineman than yet another WR.
+1
i feel the other two needs are more immediate plus i would like to see what becomes of DA and his leg. If he gets healthy he has number 1 written all over him
Neither
Considering the fact that this is a few days old… lmao
