Rams RB Steven Jackson has a groin injury

ST. LOUIS - SEPTEMBER 26: Steven Jackson #39 of the St. Louis Rams rushes against the Washington Redskins at the Edward Jones Dome on September 26 2010 in St. Louis Missouri. The Rams beat the Redskins 30-16. (Photo by Dilip Vishwanat/Getty Images)

The St. Louis Rams lost star running back Steven Jackson late in the first half of their existentially meaningful win over the Washington Redskins

Jackson has a groin injury. The team does not believe there is a tear, which is good news, relatively speaking, that he won't be lost for a long time. Stay tuned.

yup

RB Steven Jackson said his groin injury occurred when a defender lifted his right leg while his left knee was planted on the turf. He will have an MRI on Monday and is hopeful that there is no tear

not that it will happen in this situation but a question

if it is seen on game tape that a player from one team is trying to injure another… and it isn’t called during the game… can they still be fined by the NFL?

the nfl obviously doesnt care about the rams

they didnt even fine rondo for that WWF move he did to amendola

It kept pissing me off on ESPN The Blitz

When Chris Berman kept saying “Rams???” every time they showed a highlight with the Rams in the lead.

Kedric Golston is the one who pulled on Steven Jackson’s leg during that “wishbone” tackle. Can someone please put a whammy on him?

Is it just me, or does Sam Bradford look like he can be one of the Jonas Brothers?

LOL I just went to his wiki page and this was on there...

He has been known to cross-dress from time to time preferring to wear his glamorous pink pumps.

supposedly groin pulls keep players out anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks

Hope its nowhere serious. Esp with our next 2 weeks are relatively easy

did you see the look on SJ's face when Darby scored the touchdown

It reminded me of the depressed look on animals faces at a pet store when another animal is out and being petted and played with. It was literally the saddest face ever. He did not like not being out there.

SJ's disappointment

Maybe SJ has himself on his fantasy football team…

Just like MJD
