Third quarter game thread: Rams vs Washington
After a great first half, it was the same old Rams in the second half.
How will they respond? Steven Jackson's status is unknown, and they could be without him in the second half. Will they battle? OR will it look like third quarters have looked all season, even with Jackson on the field?
Stay tuned.

ok boys
on a positive note i just watched us drive down the field without sj and darby got positive yards from shurmers good playcalling
now the negative… the god damn freaking refs just screwed us….SCREWED US…. fendi was being held like a god damn new born and they did nothing…. hey NLF ….DO YOU HAVE ANY FUCKING DECENT REFS>?
Thanks guys …. i needed to vent…. i am going to get a drink now and i don’t really ever drink… it should help
Our d has been creating turnovers like crazy all season
Kudos to them. We need more consistency on offense
A quasi-smart play though...
if he doesn’t do that, it’s a TD. So now they have a chance, and the penalty only added 4 yards.
Wow
We’re going to get smashed this half. Where is the coverage? Come on

theres your feed
I'll take it
We really need to stop the burn with a nice long TD drive… Like the one the refs took away right before halftime.
sister in law just texted from game
said the fan’s are so irate over no call at end of second that they were booing the refs when they came back out… in unison
i'll stop complaining about the officiating
when others stop compaining about loosing when there is still a half of play left
i agree if your a good team but were not great
refs hurt us
I'm not complaining, I'm being cynical about it
And while I agree that if you play better you don’t need calls to go your way, we have all seen where poor decisions by refs do affect the outcome of the game.
Our D
makes Santana Moss a 100yd receiver and a pro bowler

We didnt get Vick, Haynesworth, Vincent Jackson, or T.O...........These pillars are killing us
Where's Gilyard as the WR
I think we should run some quick hitting plays to that guy, watch him shred up some big yards.
on the plus side
if the rams totally suck again this year, there’s just a better chance of stan bringing them out here to L.A. again!!!!
no
he’s on the NFL’s “bring a team back to LA” committee

Sam Bradford drops back, sees Laurent Robinson in the open, and he completes the pass for a gain of 28! Oh- Wait, looks like a holding penalty is going to call this one back...(Oh wait; Barron's gone, ignore that last sentence).

I like that play
Eorked in between the zones and how the safeties and corners backed off. Seemed like when Haslett coached the Rams, that throw was open all day.
i want a WR, but we've got to get a DE or DT that can start right away.
I don’t know if Hall will be able to play next year.

New thread
Everything you write from here on out can be considered a jinx. Here is where you are needed.
You don't seem to want to accept the fact you're dealing with an expert in guerrilla warfare, with a man who's the best, with guns, with knives, with his bare hands. A man who's been trained to ignore pain, ignore weather, to live off the land, to eat things that would make a billy goat puke. In *St. Louis* his job was to dispose of enemy personnel. To kill! Period! Win by attrition. Well, *Steven Jackson* was the best.
