Pictures to prove it: Rams body slammed by the Raiders
The St. Louis Rams lost an ugly one in a fashion most resembling their performances from seasons past.
Eight penalties for 92 yards totaled more yardage than the Rams posted in the running game. It was a terrible outing all around, and burns most of all because it was a game the Rams, who desperately need a win, could have had in the bag.
They didn't. Fans of the Rams may not want to look at the photos, but fans of photography and football will at least appreciate them on one level.

As John Lynch pointed out for two quarters...
… they have to at least make an attempt to pass the ball down field! Future hall of fame strong safety says it, I kinda think he would know how to back off a secondary.

That slam was outta line, especially with our injury history we are lucky Amendola is not hurt but it is our little soldier Amendola that took it. Imagine if Avery or Robinson took that slam, we might be attending a funeral (exaggeration). But they wouldn’t have gotten up and would probably miss time.
On another subject. Vt can you by chance give a little mini breakdown of that flea flicker. Nothing made sense with it. The ball was at least 15 yards short of the receiver, I know Sam has a stronger arm than that.
i kind of thought it was a quick reaction by bradford
I thought maybe he saw the double covereage at the last second when he was throwing and pulled back as it was going out of his hands. If not, then I have absolutely no clue
Point taken.. i'll see what I can do

a couple of points
I bet Goodell fines Mcclain 10,000 for his hit on amendola. Usually the comish has been fining players only 5,000, but did you observe McClains arrogance after the body slam? He deserves a fine, but I would love to see him be suspended for a game, just for his pure arrogance.
All week long writers were telling us that the Raider offensive line was crap and that the Rams defensive line was going to run roughshod over them. The only time the Rams put pressure on Raider QBs was when they blitzed. When they rushed just 4 there was no pressure. What’s up with that?
