OK, we all agree Schurmer is doing an awful job right now.
we can see that his offense must be easy for a rookie QB to grasp, but unfortunately opposing defences can too.
We are bland and predictable and our scheme is straight archaic.
anyone think that we can get 4 WR's out on the field every now and then? go for the horizontal stretch and thus opening the vertical?
If Schurmer continues to show a lack of balls or football knowledge over the rest of the season (what good is firing an OC half way through a year?) he has to be gone come the years end and will surely be Spags' scapegoat.
So, fast forward March 2011 - we have some new offensive weapons for Sam and a meaner looking defense, which OC is going to help Sam make the step into Peyton Manning's shoes?
Please vote and state who you want to see as the next Rams OC.
Keep it realistic (so no Mike Shanahan's please) and please, include College Coaches or current NFL coaches who may be out of a job etc.
