It's going to be hard to rationalize keeping Spags at a certain point
When you cannot win football games

Shurmur, your career is in 3rd and long. Don't run a draw.

FAWK how can we drop so many F INT's !!!!!
Now a f’n penalty OMG I can’t take this

That's the worst call of the NFL season
Absolutely horrendous. Unbelievable.
You don't seem to want to accept the fact you're dealing with an expert in guerrilla warfare, with a man who's the best, with guns, with knives, with his bare hands. A man who's been trained to ignore pain, ignore weather, to live off the land, to eat things that would make a billy goat puke. In *St. Louis* his job was to dispose of enemy personnel. To kill! Period! Win by attrition. Well, *Steven Jackson* was the best.
Why does Spags accept the refs?
He should be on the f’ing field

This is partially on Spags
He’s letting the refs dictate what is allowed instead of what is called.

That was the worst call of the NFL season. I repeat it not just to rehash it, but to draw attention to the fact that Spags didn’t bat an eye. He should have lost his shit. He should have been uncontrollable. Unacceptable. Absolutely unacceptable.

I dont want my coach to be some hot-headed jackass
He should always keep himself composed. Tom Landry never freaked out, I think he was fairly good…..
Not that it means much but:
Going back the 3rd down play; Clayton turned and sat on the route to make the catch and then he moved right. Why? Bradford threw to spot

We are literally in the worst stretch of NFL football in history. This kind of woeful losing is not supposed to be sustainable in the NFL.
Well, yeah.
But the NFL is designed for quick turnarounds. Teams aren’t supposed to be this bad for this long; its almost like theyve been trying to suck.

this team is getting manhandled by the Raiders. This is a horrible team. The rest of the division is irrelevant.
I'm done here.
Sam Bradford drops back, sees Laurent Robinson in the open, and he completes the pass for a gain of 28! Oh- Wait, looks like a holding penalty is going to call this one back...(Oh wait; Barron's gone, ignore that last sentence).
Let's face facts.
Bradford’s playing like crap, and we will never win more than a couple games in a season with Pat Shurmur as the offensive coordinator.
we have no receiving threat

Let's see the replay
This should be interesting
You don't seem to want to accept the fact you're dealing with an expert in guerrilla warfare, with a man who's the best, with guns, with knives, with his bare hands. A man who's been trained to ignore pain, ignore weather, to live off the land, to eat things that would make a billy goat puke. In *St. Louis* his job was to dispose of enemy personnel. To kill! Period! Win by attrition. Well, *Steven Jackson* was the best.
challenge that shit

Janikowski missed one too, so both sides’ miscue made the game what it is.

It would be the most undeserved win I’ve ever seen for the Rams in my life, and I’ve been watching em for two decades. Old times, feel free to throw a challenge flag on me.

I saw the score watching the Patriots
I’m surprised!
Sam Bradford drops back, sees Laurent Robinson in the open, and he completes the pass for a gain of 28! Oh- Wait, looks like a holding penalty is going to call this one back...(Oh wait; Barron's gone, ignore that last sentence).

Last season we got destroyed by a lot of teams
this year we’re in it but lose. Next year It’ll be tied in the 4th and the rams will lose by game winning FGs. The year after that We’ll lose by come from behind FGs. Then we’re gonna start winning a few games
yea because we played two teams that were at the bottom at the barrel like us
arizona got killed today and raiders last week. and we lost to both
Beer and brats
Do we have to talk about this game this week?

We can't blame the refs.
They only missed a couple of calls.
Which means they blew monumentally less calls than our line blew blocking assignments and DBs blew coverage.

-Kobe Bryant
Chris Mortensen: "You know it's the 'Show-Me' State right Sam?"
"Pshh, 'Show Me.' (smirking) Yeah, I've heard that."
-Sam Bradford
those calls were huge
The Atogwe and Robbins calls are both as bad as turnovers in terms of what they did to the game.
Imaging removing 2 turnovers from the game, it’s a BIG DEAL.
To quote Schwartz:
“The day I start blaming the refs for a loss is the day I stop doing this thing.”
The same applies here.
"I was just letting the shots fly. You know, I don't leave any bullets in the chamber."

Chris Mortensen: "You know it's the 'Show-Me' State right Sam?"
"Pshh, 'Show Me.' (smirking) Yeah, I've heard that."
-Sam Bradford
Actually his team had just been monumentally screwed by a horrible rule/call.
So for him to say that is noteworthy.
Good teams overcome that BS. We aren’t a good team. We didn’t deserve to win today. Blaming the refs is pathetic considering they probably blew 1 or 2 calls the other way as well.

they tell you all the bad rules b4 a game
they don’t tell you all the bad calls that are going to happen
Were acknowledgeing bad calls
Were not necessarily blaming them but those 2 bad calls have huge negative impacts for us. Were not good enough to over come that.
Its not wrong to say "Those were the wrong calls and they made it monumentally harder to win and were not good enoguh to do that.
Dropped INT's
Bad calls, bonehead moves (Robbins), a worthless OC..

this aint FIFA for god's sake
when the Raiders start diving, it’s a sad day in the NFL. I’m tired of this ticky tack bulshit, and penalties need to be massively changed if you ask me. Pass interference needs to be reprimanded, roughing the passer/ unsportsman like conduct also reduced, anything outside of false start/offsides/facemask/holding/PI while ball is in the air should be taken out. They goin with some BS penalty called launching these days too!!! GTFO!!!

this is bs. we play good but then fall apart, i’m sick of this shit

For all those saying the missed field goals balanced out
They don’t. Teams win by capitalizing on other teams mistakes. Just because they missed a FG doesn’t mean its okay for us to miss one. That would mean all games will end in ties or in OT. Its like saying its okay to go 3 and out because the other team did. It’s impossible to win that way.
So much wrong with that game. We need a pass rush without using our entire defense

i guess you won’t be watching the game next week
oh i will
i just wont have any hopes like i have had the past two weeks. we had plenty of hype and failed. but i wanna see how we play a good team.
let me ask you this
were you a betting man, what is the worst odds someone would have to give you on a Rams victory before you wouldn’t bet against them?
i honestly think we lose by 14 or more points
last time we played mcnabb it was like 40 points
i wouldn't be surprised if that happened
but I still think that professional football is so random every team goes in with at least a 10% chance, I’d give us a 25% chance to win.
maybe bradford will open it up next week.
took him until his 3rd preseason game. 3rd game of the year, any chance he could have adjusted to the speed for the next game.
Before this team learns how to win.
