Game thread: Rams @ Oakland, second quarter

Poor execution is the story of the first half...two teams that have moved the ball, but absolutely cannot punch it in in spite of themselves. Very disappointing.

It's all Oline

Steven Jackson hasn’t broken a single tackle, I don’t think. It’s just been phenomenal run blocking for the most part.

You don't seem to want to accept the fact you're dealing with an expert in guerrilla warfare, with a man who's the best, with guns, with knives, with his bare hands. A man who's been trained to ignore pain, ignore weather, to live off the land, to eat things that would make a billy goat puke. In *St. Louis* his job was to dispose of enemy personnel. To kill! Period! Win by attrition. Well, *Steven Jackson* was the best.

With that false start

You have to get this stop.

Eh

I don’t buy their WRs or their Dline.

There we go!

Our DB’s apparently are allowed to catch the ball. WHo knew?

Ummm is the only run play we have

a fake end around? Wouldn’t you think we’d have to run an end around occasionally for that to work??

And that's why we ran the ball on third and long

We’ve given up thre points, and just two FG attempts. Without TOs, the Raiders’ O was against the wall. Now we’ll run it to half time.

Running out the clock?

WHY!?!

Winners train. Losers complain.

if games ended at halftime

we would be undefeated.

Sam Bradford drops back, sees Laurent Robinson in the open, and he completes the pass for a gain of 28! Oh- Wait, looks like a holding penalty is going to call this one back...(Oh wait; Barron's gone, ignore that last sentence).

We should be killing these guys

Some more passes wouldn’t hurt Bradford now that the protection is better.
