Rookie LB Josh Hull gone for season - ACL injury
Josh Hull tore his ACL in practice today and is out for the season. I still can't tell which happened first: the Hull injury or the addition of former Giant LB Bryan Kehl.

yea seriously
the injury bug is back to bite us in the butt. if the whole team stayed healthy then we could seriously compete for a division title this season but we know that isnt going to happen and we just dont have the depth on this team yet to overcome injuries.

seriously
WTF…. it is like deja freaking voo right now….. this pisses me off….we DESERVE 1 injury light year for once…..grrrrr
This...
is horrible news. Carpenter would be such a good player to have right now.
I used to upload the NCAA Football '09 and '10 rosters into Madden and always drafted Sam Bradford onto the Rams in Franchise Mode...I liked him before he was cool =)
I hate to hear this but.....
I absolutely don’t miss Carpenter. The guy came via a trade and had an inside track therefore to make this team. He still didn’t cut it. There’s plenty of candidates out there to choose from, including K C Asiodo, whom I can’t say I’d like to see return, Micah Johnson, a strong rookie out of Kentucky, Rob Francois out of BC, Worrell Williams, a 5-11 guy outta Cal, and Brandon Sharpe who led the nation in sacks last year, outta Texas Tech.
what's the deal with Brandon Sharpe?
enlighten me…. i don’t know anything about him
He spent a little time with Dallas
as an undrafted free agent but didn’t make the final cut. I’m sure he was better in college than he is in the NFL, but the guy has to have something going for him. I was hoping we may give him a shot earlier, when he was first released. He’s 6’2" about 250 and listed as a de on many sites . I’m sure his sack total was a result of the defensive scheme at TT but like I said, he’s gotta be worth a shot. I was just never impressed with Carpenter, and don’t miss him a bit.
interesting
honestly I would just like to see someone (ANYONE) who can take the pressure off Long so he can do his thing. Ramchop brought up a good point that it doesn’t matter how good Long is if he is being double/triple covered all the time because there isn’t a threat on the other side.
I agree with that thinking
I usually see things choppers way, especially back when we called him Ed.
+1
I always thought of myself as a hopeless optimist until I realized I agree with Ramchop about 98% of the time and he is like the official devil’s advocate on here. He always seems to have a point though
Same for me
I think the transformation from Ed to ramchop turned out well. He’s now a TST mainstay. I seek out his articles.

I generally agree w/ edchop too
just got annoyed by his delivery. He has become more optimistic on some things though – he HATED Long with a passion the last 2 years and now his stance seems much softer on him.
I should be working right now...
