Monday Night Football: Gamethread

Mnf_medium

It's been asked for, so here it is! Come in, sit back and relax as you watch the Jets and Ravens and then the Chargers and Chiefs.

For all of us who own Ray Rice in our fantasy leagues, let's hope for some points. Maybe a competition to see who will drop more passes, Braylon Edwards or Mark Clayton? The choices are yours. Jump on in and have some fun.

Fun game to watch

AFC football at its finest.

You don't seem to want to accept the fact you're dealing with an expert in guerrilla warfare, with a man who's the best, with guns, with knives, with his bare hands. A man who's been trained to ignore pain, ignore weather, to live off the land, to eat things that would make a billy goat puke. In *St. Louis* his job was to dispose of enemy personnel. To kill! Period! Win by attrition. Well, *Steven Jackson* was the best.

If the freakin chiefs can get it this year then we definitly can get it next year.

People asked for it

So I put one up.

There is still another game…we’ve got a good 4 hours of football left.

Sam Bradford drops back, sees Laurent Robinson in the open, and he completes the pass for a gain of 28! Oh- Wait, looks like a holding penalty is going to call this one back...(Oh wait; Barron's gone, ignore that last sentence).

Why did I start the packers D instead of the jets?

jets offense makes me feel good about ours LOL

seriously i feel for the jets fan. i mean the jets had the ball with time and a chance to win it but you could see in their faces that they dont believe their offense can do it. i know exactly how they feel. last night and a few games last year we had the ball and a chance to drive and win/tie but our offense just couldnt get it done and all us fans can do is sit there and watch the time tick away and think about the one that got away (still talkin about football here). now i feel much more confident in bradford compared to bulger/boller/all other rejects we have had since kurt left but still bradford has so few weapons to work with. yeah sorry im still a little frustrated by yesterday’s game.

I also need Rivers to get me 31 points in my other league.

4 tds and 325 yards and I win. Come on chiefs start scoring

Wow Gates is so good.

I really hope the Rams give Fendi time to develop and I hope he is ready soon to contribute.

Cassel only has 24 yards at half (5-12).

I know it’s raining pretty hard, but Sam Bradford is the best QB in the state.

hahhahhahaha

I completely agree… I’m a mid of the state fan, so surrounded by west pats fans and they are mouthing me hardcore after the Rams L and Chiefs W…. They constantly say Bradford is a bust and that the Chiefs will consistently be better for the next 10 yrs.

I laugh and say you have Matt Cassell, a shit line and nothing special at W/R surrounded by 3 explosive players and an okay D.

I’m glad the Rams are building for "ships instead of an occasional playoff game.

+++++ Being just 21, the Rams have won several more playoff games than the Chiefs. I’m pretty sure it is 10 to 1.

I love the Rams and hate the west Pats more than anyone in the NFL….

We could have Jamaal Charles instead of John Greco.

Shurmur, your career is in 3rd and long. Don't run a draw.

My goodness, the Chargers offense has no rhythm whatsoever right now. Apart from a couple of nice plays, not a good night for offensive football in general.

Come Rivers...I need 4 point to win

The Chargers and Chiefs had no offensive rhythm..

I still think the Chargers win the division by 2+ games, but this division will be considered the worst in the NFL (instead of the NFC West) in about 6 weeks
