Pecking Order in the NFL?

Is there a pecking order in NFL when it comes to penalties and fines? There sure seems to be...In the NBA they call it the, "Jordan Rules"...implying that Jordan was protected more than your average player...the NFL has it too...Tom Brady, Peyton Manning appear to be at the top of the list...you go anywhere near these two qp's and your gonna get a flag and maybe even a fine...

How does this make other quarterbacks feel? Maybe someone should ask Jake Delhomme of the Cleveland Browns...he was twisted around and thown down by the Detroit Lions top pick in this years draft, Ndamukong  Suh...Suh did get a flag for running his hand accross Delhomme's facemask, but nothing for the non-football related, WWE twist and throw...if this had been Tom Brady or Peyton Manning, Suh may have been tossed from the game...

I'm not one to agree with all the protection quarterbacks get these days, but I do want any contact to be football related and not a punch, sleeper hold or anything else that more resembles the WWE and not the NFL!
