The brains behind Air Coryell has passed away in San Diego. He was 85-years-old. Coryell coached the St. Louis Cardinals from 1973-1977. The Greatest Show Era Rams have a connection to Air Coryell, from the multi-purpose running back to the passing attack that made household names out of Holt, Bruce, Warner and Faulk.
