Bulger on the Cardinals' radar
Leinart and Anderson aren't impressing anyone in AZ, and they could be looking to bring in another former Rams QB. The NFC West could be a really interesting division next year with shaky QB situations for each team.

I knew Kurt Warner, I watched Kurt Warner play ball, Kurt Warner is a hero of mine. Marc, you're no Kurt Warner.
If the Cards think lightning strikes twice, i.e, grabbing two successful ex-Ram QBs in a row, this time it will electrocute them. Bulger was badly damaged over the last few years. I’d bet his shoulder is mush and his leg waiting to snap again. His famed accuracy was non-existent last year. Even with the likes of Fitzgerald and Breaston to throw too, you can’t stand back in the pocket like a statue for too long and not expect to die.
I would love to play against Bulger twice a year.
I strongly believe that we will have the best QB in our division by mid season. More of a reflection on the west than of Bradford’s progress, I like our odds.
If you love something, set it free. If it doesn't come back, find it and kill it.
Nice.
And I say “nice” only because he’s a former Ram who had success with the team at one point and was nothing but class during our struggles.
I group him with Torry and Isaac and Orlando. Which means I wish him well wherever he goes. Is he as good as either of those guys were at their positions? No. But he had the same class and was part of a nice culture the Rams had built till 2004ish, before Martz was canned and that dipsh*t Scott Linehan was brought in.
All the old guard is all but gone. The heroes of yesteryear are the cap casualties of the day, performances victimized by time and other ailments too numerous to list.
I also said “nice” because we’ll get some answers. He’d be going to a team with the best or second best receiver in the league, a decent line and an up and coming runningback. We’d get some answers to who was the problem. Bulger loyalist to the end, I said it was the WR Corps and the talented but inconsistent OL play. He’d be in a great position for us to see if it’s true.
I wish him the best. I just hope it doesn’t come at the Rams’ expense. The Warner era hurt too much, even though I was happy to see him vindicated after he was proclaimed dead.
Go Rams!!!

This would probably
be the best scenario for Bulger. It would give him a legitimate chance at playing time, and they have a decent group around him.
I always thought Bulger’s biggest hurdle was his confidence. Remember when Brad Lidge got rocked by Pujols in the playoffs a few years ago? That’s how quickly a player’s psyche can be dismantled. In Bulger’s case, it was a slow trainwreck over the course of a few seasons, but you never saw the heroic wreckless abandon he displayed in the GSOT days. I wish him the best. But not against us.
block! building kick! exploooooooosion!
