Sam Bradford make his first throws for the Rams
Sam Bradford made his first throws for the St. Louis Rams today.
Temper your expectations; it was only the team's rookie minicamp. Still, having a QB with Bradford's talent make the plays that form the foundation of the Rams' playbook had to be an experience for the other guys on the field.
And just how did Sam feel about his first practice?
I made a wide variety of throws today, some downfield throws, some intermediate throws, some quick throws. And they all felt good. The arm feels great; it’s not tired at all. So I’m really happy with the way the shoulder feels right now.
The PD has more notable quotables from Bradford.

Ram Bradford? or Sam Bradram?
I like that his name is versatile with the Rams.

Sam I appreciate the enthusiasm
But please don’t remind me of your arm repair. I’d prefer to block out that it ever happened, and assume we’re paying 50 million for an indestructable beast who will make the manning brothers cry.
I think
reporters are going to continue to ask the question about his shoulder till he takes a few hits in the NFL. So you may be stuck with thinking about it till then if you see or read any interviews with him.
It is milk it may be spilled it may be delicious.
Im thinking he just feeling good and no ill effects from his past woes
but I agree lets move on from that subject please lol
Go get 'em Sammy! Please be ready to start against Arizona.
It’s been sooo long since we had a high quality QB. I get gut sick at the thought of opening the season with AJ Feeley under Center.
Actually, it's been a while since we had a quality anything.
Minus RB and Free Safety. I’m still getting used to having an MLB for once, and a Center.

It does feel good to have good players in the middle
Centers are seriously underrated, IMHO.

VERY true.
I enjoyed watching blitzers get stuck in their tracks when colliding with big #60 this year. And the guy is still in his mid-20s. What a pickup.

The most important job of a center
is the one we never see or hear. He calls the assignments on the line, which is just as important as anything else on any given play.
You don't seem to want to accept the fact you're dealing with an expert in guerrilla warfare, with a man who's the best, with guns, with knives, with his bare hands. A man who's been trained to ignore pain, ignore weather, to live off the land, to eat things that would make a billy goat puke. In *St. Louis* his job was to dispose of enemy personnel. To kill! Period! Win by attrition. Well, *Steven Jackson* was the best.

I know we're all caught up in the Sam Bradford hype but...
does anyone have any news about Marc Bulger? The reason I ask is because I heard rumors that both Chicago and Green Bay may have him in their sights. However, the only things I could find out about either of those rumors is an article on Sporting News and one on the Bleacher Report.
Now I’ve been a Sam Bradford supporter from day one and I am happier than all get out that we have him on the Rams but I was just curious about these rumors.
Go Rams!

Schefter:
“Marc Bulger would make the Arizona Cardinals contenders in the NFC West this year.”
No word on whether or not he’s going there, but I’m pretty sure he could beat out Leinart and Anderson if Larry Fitzgerald is his target.

I'm not entirely sold on that
only because I’m not entirely sold on Arizona’s offensive line. But yes, obviously, they have a ridiculous WR corps,

once again
would be following in Warner’s footsteps. That’s a story in itself. And Bulger doesn’t have the fumbling problems that Warner had right?

I don't think there corps is that good
Its just that having Fitzgerald makes everyone better because he draws all the attention. Now that Boldin’s gone I don’t think Breaston will be quite as good as he was in the past becuase now he’ll be getting the attention Boldin was getting.
Onubon > Gates
So you don't think Breaston is a legit #2?
The only time Boldin got extra attention was when Fitz was off the field. I personally think AZ still has one of the better WR corp in the NFL. Dallas should have the best if Dez pans out and Miles comes back strong like last year.
He could be
But I think he’ll have a tougher time this year since he is no longer the number 3 receiver. He is now going up against #2 CBs and no #3 CBs. He probably will do pretty good this year but it is because of Fitzgerald. If you take out Fitzgerald the rest are don’t look nearly as good.
Onubon > Gates
When Warner retired ...
… Fitzgerald thought “there goes my chance for a ring.”
I can take a beating ... I'm a Rams fan.
Hmm...sounds like a straddler from the PD website...
…Allow me to redirect you.

Let the Bradford Era BEGIN!!!
Anyone care to join me in the “Bradford’s Bunch” corner in the EJD dome?
I wonder what the response of ticket sales will be this year?
Hopefully we can get over that blackout nonsense sometime soon
The first report was that they had
hundreds of calls for season tickets right after the draft.
For now, here's the best you can do about Blackout games...
NFL.com to show blacked-out games free in local markets on delayed basis
Live In-Progress Coverage of All Games Available on Both NFL Network’s NFL RedZone & DirecTV’s Red Zone Channel
Highlights Available Immediately After Games on NFL.com and Sprint and For Download Following Day on iTunes and Amazon.com
NFL Network’s NFL Replay to Encore Four Games Each Week
