Moves outside the 2010 NFL Draft lighting up the wires
NFL teams are making some interesting moves away from the 2010 NFL Draft as well.
After adding LenDale White, the Seahawks added another RB, Leon Washington after fleecing the Jets with just a 5th round pick.
The Jets also cut OG Alan Faneca, who they paid big bucks to in the 2008 offseason. Faneca faded last year, reminding everyone of the wisdom of offering up ridiculous contracts to 30-year-old linemen, and the Jets didn't want to pay his tab this year. Jacob Bell remains the best free agent OL addition from 2008. Two good years in a row for the Rams in free agency with the addition of C Jason Brown last year.
The Raiders got Washington QB Jason Campbell for a song too.

Maybe Marshawn Lynch
for a 6? Will they keep him around to sit on the bench?
Can he play at the same level?
I’m not sure if he has since his surgery

Raiders making
some good moves. Lions, too. Lions have a lot of talent – Stafford, Cal Johnson, Best, Pettigrew, Suh, Burleson – they might not be a picnic to play against.
FINALLY
I can stop reading all the “Jason Campbell to the Rams” talk. I’m surprised OAK pulled the trigger during the draft but, getting a 2012 4th round pick is better than releasing him.
Van what are you talking about here?
Jacob Bell the best FA acquisition O-Lineman from the that class is far from the truth. How many Pro Bowls did he earn? How many full seasons did he make it through? Although, Faneca was cut, he was hands down a better acquisition than Bell. He was instrumental in the success of that run game. I usually agree with you, but we are far apart on this opinion.
wtf?
West Texas A&M again… omg get freaking dexter davis
