Brandon Marshall traded to Miami Dolphins

I just saw, on the NFLNetwork, that Denver Broncos traded Brandon Marshall to the Miami Dolphins for Miams 2010 second round pick and their 2011 second round pick. IMO this is a very good pick up for the Dolphins, especially with Bill Parcells being the Executive Vice President of Football Operations for Miami, he can probably be able to keep Brandon under control.
I'm just left wondering, did Our Rams even put an offer out for Brandon? Our second round pick is like cooking with butter.
