Random Ramsdom: 3/22/2010
- PFT is reporting the Willie Parker wants to be a Ram. That's great, but unless he has lived under a rock for the past three years, he must be desperate.
- Did the Rams meet with Sam Bradford in Florida? It may not be a Draft-legal move, as teams are only supposed to meet in the players hometown, college location or the team's facilities (per the article). Unless the Rams are planning on moving to Florida, none of those fit the bill.
- Mike Sando has a some emails about possible trade scenarios. This time they take a look at the draft side of things
- Should the Rams re-sign Kevin Curtis? Jeff at Ramsgab asks that very question. I don't know if he'd fit, but I agree with him; I wouldn't have any problem having him come back.
- Ross Tucker at SI asks if the Rams are thinking of Bradford for the reason of saving certain people's jobs. Not all too far-fetched, but it doesn't seem likely.

"No" on Kevin Curtis.
They guy has been injured for 2 years. On a side note, did anyone know Curtis’ middle name is Deevon?
Life is tough, but it's tougher if you're stupid.

Sam Bradford from the University of Oklahoma."
Yes folks, it’s all but official now.

I remember.....
im from Houston thus my passion for wanting to draft Case Keenum…….but i remember going to the Rams and Texans game a couple years back well we were down by like 21 at halftime and Jamie Martin(who is this guy? lol) had just been knocked out of the game due to injury and here comes unknown Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick so basically im thinking we all but lost now we come out and dominate the second half but we still find ourselves down 10 with 30 seconds left well Bruce caught a 50 yard bomb and we got the onside kick and scored a field goal and in overtime we throw a screen pass to none other than Kevin Curtis who uses his amazing speed to take it 58 yards for th td…….and we win the game…..that was the most amazing thing i ever saw and still inspires me to this day how a rookie 7th round qb from harvard no less could come in and win that game for us left me speechless….so yes i would be for resigning Kevin Curtis
I don't know why meeting with Bradford is a big deal
They’ll probably meet with all the candidates, and start negotiations with at least 2 of them, and probably agree to a contract with one of them before draft day even comes. I believe the first team (and only the first team) has some leeway when it comes to the rules about negotiating before the draft, though I can’t recal what exactly the rule is.
The blind stares of a million pairs of eyes, lookin hard but won't realize, that they'll never see the C. And when I'm rollin by, you can't see me!
How do you find out if
in fact, there IS a rule stating that teams are only supposed to meet in the players hometown, college location or the team’s facilities?
If it’s true, I sure haven’t heard any NFL officials say anything about it, have any of you?
Go Rams!
