TE Tony Scheffler will skip Denver's offseason conditioning program
That's a pretty good sign that he's still operating under the belief that he'll be traded. Hopefully, the Rams are in the mix.

Thoughts on Scheffler
Scheffler posted three-year lows across the board with 31 catches for 416 yards (13.4 avg.) and two touchdowns. He had what some have said were attitude problems as well. Question marks surround this guy and I am not sure we are in the market for someone like him with a 2nd round tender.
Maybe for a 4th,
but he isn’t worth a 2nd. We need that pick for a DE or OLB, or to trade down to get extra picks.
