Looking at the stats, the only glaring thing that jumps out at me for Sundays game is the Chiefs running attack. I'm wondering what, if any adjustments can be made to offset the #1 rushing offense in the NFL. Add to that the possibility that Cassel may be back in the lineup and their attack is well balanced enough to do big damage. If the Rams are smart about this one, they'll prepare for Cassel in the game regardless of what his "day to day" status is.
These two teams are pretty well matched up and if we can be turnover free we have a fairly balanced attack as well. Steven Jackson is no slouch as we know, and the Rams and KC are 21st and 22nd in passing defense yards per game allowed, repsectively. We should see a few more shots deep to Alexander this week then we did against New Orleans, and with Amendola in the slot and now Gibson becoming a little more comfortable, I look for Sam Bradford to bounce back in a good way this week.
We're underdogs at home according to the Bleachers report:
Not the first time this season...GO RAMS!
