TSR recap, MNF open thread & game thread roll call
While the Ravens-Texans matchup is technically the MNF matchup, mother nature has doubled your viewing pleasure by moving the Giants-Vikings clash to Monday as well.
So let's just skip the pleasantries as it relates to yesterday's mess of a game and get on with it. Here's Saturdays' episode of TSR:

This is the 3rd nationally televised game for the Texans in 7 weeks
I was wondering how come i see them so much

Eagles have 5
Patriots should never be on national TV. All their games that were broadcast nationally ended in blowouts.

I know its already been said but..
1) I cannot believe I could not not turn off the rams game yesterday. I saw a team that was fighting but just did not have the talent to keep up with the Saints. Reminded me of 300.
2) The collapse of the metrodome is probably the perfect metaphor for the vikings’ season.
Football players, like prostitutes, are in the business of ruining their bodies for the pleasure of strangers. ~Merle Kessler
I am so embarrassed
6 posts, I will do better next week, just like the Rams will. They do good when I have high amount of posts, I will get over 100 and will not let you guys down!

Attaboy.
That’s the MNF talk I’m looking for!
"I kind of stepped my swagger up. You look at the Madden game and the swagger's so low, maybe they'll bump me up. Before it was a meatball flex, so you've got to liven it up a little bit." - Animal Jr.
19.
Awesome! I can’t keep the site open while watching Gohan’s stream, it lags it :(

I cracked the top five
it’s funny I really get in to posting when they are playing bad.
I don't remember where I saw it...
but I read this somewhere today “When Brett Favre started his career he faxed pictures of his junk.”

WOW
98 and 95 yard drives + 2 point cvr to tie the Ravens in last 5 minutes… INCREDIBLE
Pooch punts should be illegal inside an opponents 38 yard line.
If Texans win toss, it's over
Ravens TOTALLY gassed, TOTALLY
Pooch punts should be illegal inside an opponents 38 yard line.
What a game
I can’t wait for the Rams to get some MNF action in the EJD…
You don't seem to want to accept the fact you're dealing with an expert in guerrilla warfare, with a man who's the best, with guns, with knives, with his bare hands. A man who's been trained to ignore pain, ignore weather, to live off the land, to eat things that would make a billy goat puke. In *St. Louis* his job was to dispose of enemy personnel. To kill! Period! Win by attrition. Well, *Steven Jackson* was the best.
And just a note for Rams fans
The Texans were down 28-7 midway through the 3rd quarter. Never, never give up!

It surprises me that the Ravens don't have a prolific offense
Boldin, Mason, TJ, Rice and Mclain.

Mason's a nice depth guy at this point in his career
Boldin’s a great possession guy, but TJ’s WAY overrated and RBs just don’t mean much in today’s NFL.

True
Tj is their number 3 option and he doesn’t make enough plays.

But still
they are still talented guys. It has to be play calling.

Texans have the gut punch loss down to an art by now.
Once again, glad Josh Wilson isn’t with the Seahawks anymore.
