Talk about timing, really makes me chuckle, 2 hours before you can file waiver claims, the guy in charge of the process for the Rams will have to answer questions directly to the fans.  I doubt Devaney will give any useful information during the chat but it will be interesting to see how many questions he fields on the Moss situation.  I am attatching a poll to see what you guys think. Personally I think the Rams server will explode due to all the moss related questions. Good luck billy haha
