Random Ramsdom: 11/1/2010

ST. LOUIS - OCTOBER 31: Oshiomogho Atogwe #21 of the St. Louis Rams celebrates a sack against the Carolina Panthers at the Edward Jones Dome on October 31 2010 in St. Louis Missouri. The Rams beat the Panthers 20-10. (Photo by Dilip Vishwanat/Getty Images)

I bet it sure is nice to enjoy a win heading into the bye week. Half way through the season, the Rams are still in the hunt for a playoff berth, divisional or wild card. Let's get into today's links:

Steven Jackson put the throw in throwback yesterday, sporting some familiar goggles in the pregame warm-up.

Could Jason Smith's newest concussion help spur changes in how practices are run?

Who wins the NFC West? Mike Sando takes a look at the division, which could be won by a team with less then 8 wins.

Sando also has his wrap-up of the game yesterday.

Jim Thomas thinks the Rams toughed out a win.

Bernie points out a sad and shocking stat: The Rams haven't had four home victories since the 2006 season.

Bill Coats has his grades for yesterday's game. Coaching and Sam Bradford get the high marks, among others.

Last but not least, make sure to check out AmpLee's Gameballs and Lameballs for this week.

That is it for this morning. Hopefully everyone is having a good Monday so far. Let's enjoy the victory for two weeks ladies and gentleman. .500 might not last forever.

I was sold on Suh

I have to admit I would have taken Suh with the first pick. I was not happy with the Rams for taking Bradford. Even though Suh would have been a nice addition I have to say taking Bradford was a great move. After watching this kid for the past several weeks I am totally impressed with him. Even though he still a rookie I believe he is going to be a fast rising star in this league and if we ever get him a great receiver along with the others, watch out. Things are looking up for the Rams.

Crap so much spam...

I thought the Rams came out very shaky in the first, but in the second and thereafter, the playcalling was more diverse and Sam was spot on with his throws. He only had one bad throw in the 1st, which sailed over gibson’s hands.
