Really not going to try to piss anyone off this time, promise. Looking back as we approach the midway point, there's a lot to look at which everyone here has done in some fashion. Shurmur and play calling, beating San Diego and losing horribly to Detroit, the improved Defense, O-Line and the wild and wacky world of wide-outs. Oh...not last and definitely not least, Sam, Sjax and the special teams. For certain, the Rams are a better team than last year. They are constantly screwing up the NFL network and general commentator picks (I love that). Problem is, we don't seem to know which Rams team will show up on any given week. We've GOT to win on the road. It's the only way we have for a shot in this division this season. My attention has slanted to Darby. Not a favorite early on for me, the improved offensive line has given him some opportunities to show some things he's been working on. Hey, I'm not "all in", but this guy can move, if he has some blocking. Even Toast'em can move a bit behind a functional line. The passing game, we've got issues. Amendola and a growing Gilyard seem to be our only options. I like DX but he's not coming along as quick as he thinks he is. Looking at the next game against Carolina will have some interesting points in this area. Jumping...
With all of what's going on, you've still got to be happy again to be a Rams fan. Last year blew big 'ol floppy donkey shlong. Thinking on Carolina....
