Sam and Schurmer owe us a big win next week.
Our D has the ability to contain the Panthers, and we are at home.
if there isn’t a 3rd QTR improvement we need to really take a long hard look at ourselves. but right now, we shouldn’t beat ourselves up too much.
this was a tough loss to take, and we SHOULD have won, as we should have won vs AZ and Oakland, however, we didn’t.
Let’s go and win the next game, go into our bye and learn how to pick off passes and create some new plays to give us some ammo vs the tough road we have to end the season.
the fact we SHOULD have won this and the 2 other games shows we are doing very well and we’ve got to temper expectations, we are coming off of 1-15 and evidently there is work to be done.
Losing games is acceptable this year when we’re competitive, it’s when we get blown out we should really start getting upset.
This is a young team that is still missing a few pieces, let’s remind ourselves that if we could take 3-4 at the beginning of the season 99.9999999% of us would have jumped at it.
if we fail to amend these issues in the coming weeks, or even next season, then we should worry, but somehow I don’t think that will be the case, so everyone, let’s be mad a lil bit, chill out and look to next week and next year.
I want to win as much as the next guy, but we have to stay level headed and optimistic.
