Turf Show Radio (Oct. 23rd) open thread

Tsr_logo_medium

Ah, Saturdays.  How I love you during college football season.  Of course, they're even better with a little Turf Show Radio.

On today's episode, Van and I will be joined by Aaron Hooks from SBN St. Louis.  Yesterday, I posted some of the topics we'll be going over in a few minutes.  If we're behind or if you want us to get on one of them, just let us know.

You can say so here in this open thread, or in the show chat room at blogtalkradio.  But of course the best way is to call in.  Just call (818) 495-6910, and I'll do what I can to get you on the air.  Holler at us.

NOTE:  I've added a widget after the jump that should play the live show once we start.  We'll see how it goes.

constructive criticism is evil!

You don't seem to want to accept the fact you're dealing with an expert in guerrilla warfare, with a man who's the best, with guns, with knives, with his bare hands. A man who's been trained to ignore pain, ignore weather, to live off the land, to eat things that would make a billy goat puke. In *St. Louis* his job was to dispose of enemy personnel. To kill! Period! Win by attrition. Well, *Steven Jackson* was the best.

I was just wondering if posting here works if I have a comment/question

I think Amendola is our best offensive player after Bradford and S Jax. His use on returning kicks seem to be out of need due to lack of more good players.

I'll make sure we work it in

Had to hang up due to the Amendola comment

j/k I did have to hang up.. taking off, BUT I wanted to echo the statements made. I love Amendola due to the fact that he plays well above his skill set.

No matter what, you KNOW you’re getting literally 110% no less…

Also wanted to say that I agree with the Bradford comments.. he’s doing what he is doing with past busts, practice squad verterans and rookies. What more can you say??

Luv y’all… take care

Also, DX just tweeted:

“Cant sit still right now!! Ready to make the biggest skeptics believers!!!”

More playing time perhaps due to Gilyard injury? GOD I hope so!

If this hasn't been adressed yet?

What do you guys think the chances Atogwe is brought back considering injuries and all?

should our SD victory signify a team on the rise or a team on the fall?

we touched it out of the gate

and the consensus was a team on the rise. Believe!

Let's say DX makes it through the entire season...

do you rely on him next year or do you go through the draft or FA and bring someone else in?

by RamsFan7 on Oct 23, 2010 5:41 PM CDT reply actions

Well I don't think you can rely on him

It’s a 2WR league. Look at Arizona without Boldin

true but amendola will never have the

ability to change a game like randy moss can…Not that Amendola doesn’t have a valuable spot on the team, he’s just a better slot reciever than a game changer…

lifting from someone elses post
