CFB open thread / TSR starting one hour earlier
A quick note on Turf Show Radio. Today's episode is going to start one hour earlier than usual. The number today is (818) 495-6910, so hit us up.
So some big conference clashes in college today. My watch list has hundreds of prospects going today, so in case you find yourself watching the college game, check it out. And if you're watching a game that's not on the watch list, take a couple notes and share your observations with us.
Holler.

Nice i might go to UMD next year
depends if i get an internship with Mel Kiper enterprises or not
Got my eye on LeShoure.
Still hoping for a nice backup RB in the draft, though I’d rather have a smaller, shiftier guy.
Hankerson on miami has caught my eye
very raw but great size and talent
yeah im upset that I missed this game. Looks like Hankerson and Ray Ray Armstrong at least had strong points in their game. I really see Armstrong as one of the best up and coming safeties in the next couple years. I really hope the Rams end up with either him or Janzen Jackson in the coming drafts. I like Ray Ray slightly more because of the size and the pedigree of the safeties that have come out of the U in the past. I was wondering if anyone can comment on how Bowers or Spence did? Also, watching Michigan State game right now, and Greg Jones has been impressive so far. I really like his competitiveness and instincts.
I'll take a Mike Williams, a TE out of Alabama
with some Trent Richardson RB- Alabama on the side.
Both guys are just punishing guys on the opposing defense.
Williams blocks so well. He lit up a LB on Florida during a McElroy scramble.
Richardson ran right through Will Hill (a pre-season All-American)
Oh yeah Hightower, LB- Alabama has looked solid. Incredibly disciplined at his position…love me some Saban products.
Richardson would really be nice
as our #2 RB next year. He is tough.
Watched Iowa tonight against Penn State. Ended 24-3 Iowa. Penn State was double teaming Clayborn all game and he still blew up a bunch of running plays, drove the tackle right back into the QB on one passing play, nailed the QB, but didn’t get credit for a sack because the QB just flipped the ball away as he was going down and got called for intentional grounding. Any one of the guys on Iowa’s DLine would help. They are all beasts.
I missed the Oregon Stanford game unfortunately, but from the stats I’m beginning to think that my obsession with Cliff Harris is justified. Two picks against someone competing to be the number one quarterback taken in the draft. And the only two picks against him. Anyone watch the game? Wondering how Casey Matthews looked and if anyone has any more information on how Harris played.
whose this moore guy from florida?
he looked impressive in his limited amount of time? plus it said his last 7 catches were 3rd down conversions and the next one was a 4th down conversion…
his almost TD catch at the end of the half was a pass interference as well since his hand was knocked before he could catch it
