The Lions game was a tough one to swallow there. I thought the Rams had a good shot at beating them, but either way I would have been fine if they lost if it was close. But 44-6 FFS! I was kinda hoping we were over this!
Most of the time when the Rams lose, I dont really watch what is going on in football cause I dont want to relive the highlights of missed tackles and fumbles and get pissed off again (I know it is a game that I am not even playing in...I need professional help). Not to mention (perhaps it is just my warped perception) the sportscasters are just pricks to the rams. So today I decided to peruse the video gallery at the team website St Louis Rams and I saw something that IS different about this team.
Have you seen their facial expressions in these after game interviews? They are angry! I mean really, if I were a reporter and I had to interview JL, I would be making sure I held my mic and asked questions at the very end of arms length so I could get away if he decided to go postal and take a swing at me! I like him and he is my favorite linebacker...you have to admit, he a little crazy like something is rattling around up there LOL! Not just him either Bradfords comments while the politically correct thing to say had a slight tone of "This is f**&ing bull**** I have never lost this bad and this is not what this team is about I will tell you that right now!". SJAX well that is normal for him, it is good to see he has some company now with teammates that are not ok with losing.
It will be interesting to see if the respond well to the loss against the Chargers. If Oakland beat them, then I expect the team hang in there and the game to be close.
