Rams 17, Chiefs 9: Game Photos

For me, the photo above says it all. The St. Louis Rams made CB Bradley Fletcher their third round pick this year, brought him into camp and gave him a big chance to prove himself and stick with the team. Last night, two Chiefs penalties after the Rams defense gave the Chiefs a couple of big plays and a near touchdown, the defense pulled it together and kept them out of the end zone, holding them three points instead of seven, thanks largely to Fletcher's tight coverage of Chiefs #1 WR Dwayne Bowe.

Fletcher might not be 100% ready for an everyday job as an NFL cornerback, but he made a statement and statements count.
