Home Grown Talent
It all starts with the draft...The Rams continue to make mistakes in the Draft and this team fails to develop home grown players. We traded Tye Hill (former #1 pick 3 years ago) for a 6th rounder. You have to be kidding me. Adam Carriker (1st rounder) is on IR and he hasn't shown a thing. Brian Leonard (2nd rounder) a few years ago was sent to the Bengals for nothing. Joe Klopfenstein (2nd rounder)...enough said. Jimmy Kennendy...another 1st round bust. I hope Jason Smith isn't another dissapointment but if this trend continues the rams are in big trouble.
The Rams need to start targeting players that can be game changers and get some fire back on this team. We need some young players that can lead. I think we are starting to go in the right direction with a player like Laurinaitis. I hope Donnie Avery wasn't another second round mistake (we passed on DeSean Jackson!)
Alright I'm done venting lol. Let me know your thoughts.

The Point is...
That the Rams have sucked it up in the Draft the past 5 years and tha’s one of the major reasons this team is in this position. I was just venting and pointing out the major mistakes.

And I still don't see the point.
I don’t see the point in continuing to complain about people who don’t work for the Rams anymore. Zygmunt, Martz, and Linehan (among others) were all fired for a reason, and that’s because they sucked at getting competent players on the roster.
Continuing to list the names and bitch about it is a waste of everyone’s time.
Look, I’m not calling you out specifically. There is a small group of people here who still like to bitch about letting players go like Chillar, Warner, Curtis, Pickett, Fletcher, Hedgecock, Bly, etc, etc, etc. What’s the point?
The guys who made those decision got fired. They don’t make decisions for the Rams anymore.
It’s like people loved to bitch about it so much, they almost can’t stand it that these guys aren’t around for target practice anymore so they just keep taking shots at them.

He better not be lol
I’ll stop my bitching about the past draft picks and look toward the future…hopefully it starts with a win this weekend against the Pack!

Yeah. Hopefully that will start to turn the negativity around, right?
I think we could all use an upswing in performance.

your usually right about a lot of things going on about this organization. But you can’t be serious about the james laurinatis being a bust you have to be kidding. I think he’s doing a good job for a rookie to be starting in a difficult position to play. But just in case you are joking I’ll just stop before i ramble on and feel like an idiot lol.

Also FYI
Here on the SBN blogs they have a “reply” option below every post so that you can respond directly to the comment it is intended for. When you post all the way down at the bottom – its hard to follow what you are responding to….
