Rams will improve
Do you think the Rams will improve from week to week?……IMO, Spaggs being from the NFC east and a product of the Jim Johnson system, a superior coaching philosophy thats been proven by the Eagles and Giants dominance. That this Ram team will improve and fans will see a positive difference from week to week?.Second question, what do you think of the two recent waiver wire signings of LB Paris Lenon and WR Ruvell Martin.I hear that Ruvell Martin is the real deal and at 6.4 220 comes with a little power, somthing this team is really missing with are present WR`S……….
What do you expect from Ruvell Martin and Paris Lenon?
What do you think the Rams should do about Incognito and Pat Shurmur?
Incognito needs to go
Shurmur needs to go
sorry, got this late
We talked a little about Incognito and Shurmur. As for the other two, I expect Lenon to be a solid depth player. Martin’s intriguing, but most of all the Rams just need some sure hands and a good route runner to get the ball moving down the field.

You know we didn’t exactly discuss these but personally I think that the Rams will improve. It’s a young team, new coaching staff, their is going to be growing pains. It was pretty at all against Seattle which is cause for concern but you just have to have faith in Spags’ and his coaching philosophy and hope that they can gather themselves up and play 100%.
As far as Martin and Lenon, I wouldn’t expect as much from Martin, he’s relatively new (3 year pro) and he hasn’t had much experience since he’s only gotten 52 receptions in the 41 games he’s played. As far a Lenon goes, I think he’ll be a good depth player and do a good job rotating in and out. He has 7 years under his belt and posted up some pretty solid numbers with the Lions over the last two years (240 tackles, 3.5 sacks, 1 int and 4 forced fumbles) but I think that the long term and short term solutions to the linebackers are personnel we have already.
And yes VTramsFan, you just missed out. Sorry!

Sorry, but...
we simply cannot win in the NFL without a credible QB, D-Line and WR’s. And our O-Line is still no prize with the play of Bell, Incognito and Smith. Even Jason Brown was screwing up his shotgun snaps. Does anybody realize just how crucially important the QB role is to the whole team? What chance would NE have had pulling out the Buffalo game if Brady wasn’t a superstar??
Can anyone else tell I was nervous?
I sure can. I wish I knew I was breathing into my phone…
edpjr- you don’t need a superstar QB to win the games. Trent Edwards, Joe Flacco, Matt Ryan, Kerry Collins are all not superstar QB’s but week in and week out their teams have the chance to win the game.
But of course we realize how important it is…I just don’t hate Marc Bulger :).
