According to Stltoday.com the Rams have added WR Ruvell Martin from the Packers, and LB Paris Lenon from the Patriots.  No word yet on who is being shown the door to make room for these two players.  My guess would be David Roach, and perhaps a backup OT or maybe a LB.

 

I like the addition of Ruvell Martin.  We are very thin at wide receiver and he is a big target at 6'4" and he is also becomes the most experienced WR on the team.

Paris Lenon is 31 but has started the last 3 seasons for the Lions and recorded 310 total tackles in that time.  He was originally a Packer for 4 seasons.  His tackle totals have progressively gone up every season.
