Is Laurinaitis a Urlacher type of player ?

James Laurinaitis is quickly becoming one of the focal leaders of the defense i only hope he becomes a stand out player like Mr. Urlacher 3-4 yrs ago.

from what I read from the team scrimmage (Lindenwood U), sounds like he already taking charge of the D, so I’m hoping so.
