Coach Jim Mora revealed Wednesday that the team will miss LT Walter Jones and CB Marcus Trufant for significant time. Jones needs left knee surgery for the second time in less than a year and Trufant has a lingering disk problem.
Both players could be sidelined through the start of the season, though Mora refused to call them out for Week 1.

No surprise, really. But can we take advantage?
Chris Long gets to go up against a second-teamer instead of Jones, which gives him a fighting chance at least.

Well, they're talking about lining Curry up all over the place
LB, Defensive End, wherever they can. Kerney and Mebane do a decent job, but they can be handled. It’s the extra rushers that can hurt the Rams.
