Yeah and they also said he's healthy now...
and I quote:
The 6’7," 340-pound former All-Big East Conference lineman from Louisville started two games as a rookie in 2007 before tearing his anterior cruciate ligament.
Foster, 24, gained experience against the New York Giants and the New Orleans Saints as a rookie, lining up against defensive ends Osi Umenyiora and Will Smith.
Placed on the physically unable to perform list last season, Foster is healthy now, according to our source.
But what I want to know is ‘who’ is their source?
Go Rams!
"We can't run. We can't pass. We can't stop the run. We can't stop the pass. We can't kick. Other than that, we're just not a very good football team right now." --- Bruce Coslett, New York Jets Head Coach circa 1990s

depth
This is probably another solid depth signing by B.D and comp. We obviously don’t know a lot about him. But he sure has the size part going for him. What Spags and Devaney have been preaching. Getting bigger in the trenches.
The name's Rams, St. Louis Rams.

“with the Rams winning out due to their inferior 2008 record”…God I hate seeing that.
IF (largest font available) he’s healthy, its a heads up move.
Lived in LA during the Rams and Raiders days. Now based in NorCal, I am still a die hard Rams fan and Raiders season ticket holder.
