Rams exchange 5th and 6th round picks with Atlanta for WR Laurent Robinson
Robinson, who had an impressive rookie campaign before a hamstring injury limited him to just 5 games last year, cost the Rams position in the 5th and 6th rounds.
Was this a good trade for the Rams? In other words, Is Robinson talented enough to sacrifice a bit of talent for a team that has so many holes? Where do you think he fits on the depth chart? Any early over/under on his total number of games appeared in for the 2009 season?

I'm fine with it
Hopefully he can come in and establish himself as a solid 2 or 3 receiver, but if not, not too much damage done. He would have cost us a 3rd rounder a couple years ago.
fine
a WR who runs a 4.3 and is 6´2 should always help.
good job by the FO

a cab ride down town could have cost us a 3rd rounder, with the decision makers back then. But like you say not much damage. it’s for an EXCHANGE of picks and potentially fills a need.
