6-10
Mike Sando is an optimist. There aren't many who saw the Rams 2009 schedule and predicted 6 wins...at least not at this point in the year.
It's early, and lots of things can change between now and September...lots of things will change, with some breaks going our way and fate sticking a few more fingers in our eye before it's all said and done. I'll come right out and acknowledge I'm probably too much of a homer to make any kind of rational projection for the Rams upcoming season. Based on what we know has happend and what we think will happen in the weeks and months ahead, it's hard to think things could get any worse than last year's two wins and so many painful blowouts. It has to get better this year...right?
That road schedule...the more I look at it, the more brutal it looks. Detroit and Jacksonville look like the most winnable games away from St. Louis, but I'm not taking anything for granted.
I do think with the improvements this team has made/will make splitting games with the Seahawks and 49ers is a realistic possibility. We led the 49ers for three quarters in week 16 last season, at the Dome, until two fourth quarter TDs gave San Fran the win.

So much optimism
I love fandom. You should have broken it down further, Van. I bet someone would have voted for 13-3.
Jay Zygmunt, now that you have fired yourself, please have yourself hired by Seattle. Thanks.
Bottom Line... We need a game changing WR
We can’t win if Bulger cannot succeed. Bulger cannot succeed if he doesn’t have a consistant, reliable WR, therefore we cannot succeed if we don’t have a consistant, reliable WR.
Does anybody agree with this?
you dont have the right numbers up
the way the Rams are fixing things this year we will have at least 10 wins and make the playoffs, mark my words ,and Avery with Burton will be fine the load will be on Jackson any way most of the time so they just have to kind of fill in lol , about time jackson will earn his money, cause they will run his ass off this year, les he brakes a leg lol
