The NFL has released the St. Louis Rams' 2009 schedule
With 3 of 4 away games to open the season and 3 of 4 December games away from St. Louis, we definitely have some tough stretches in the schedule to deal with. Of course, the NFL didn't hand us a single night game. Discuss.

We should have a competition to see who can predict the Rams 2009 record
Have each person predict the outcome of each week based on who we play and see who comes the closest on a week in week out basis. I would say the over/under on how many weeks someone can predict each week, win or loss, this far out for each week would be: 9. Not 9 wins but correctly picking the outcome of each week, win or loss.

Well hell,
I’ll take the over. Even if you go 50/50, you get 8. I would set it at 10.5.

easy strategy
Picking the Rams to lose every game likely beats 9 correct predictions

You can't go 50-50 just automatically
Pick the week and pick if the Rams will win or lose. If the Rams win you get one point, if the Rams lose you don’t get a point. I tested it on last year and I would have only gotten 7 weeks correct picking whether the Rams won or lost. So…
IF you go W,W,L,L and the Rams go L,W,L,W you got 2 correct, but if they go L, L, L, W you only got one right.

Week 13 -16
looks rough- at Chicago (in Dec), at TEN, vs HOU (not as easy as it sounds on first glance), and at ARI

No Prime Time
I feel like we are the Rodney Dangerfield of the NFL……..but I guess when you win only 5 games in 2 years…………that’s what happens! the only back to back home games we have is a 3 game stretch after the bye in week 10, other than that, we only have consecutive road games and thats it……….interesting, who did we piss off in the scheduling room?

Eh
Don’t complain too much. This is just year 2 of no primetime for us (and the 49ers I believe). What made me happy was the the Seahawks have no primetime games for the first time since like 1983 or something. I smiled at that. I think they are making the Cardinals the new face of our division (since they did make a SuperBowl).
I won’t complain about it. We have only won 5 games in two years.

Yups - No reason to...
