That means due to the fact that our schedule was not as strong as TB's we get Suh...I mean the first pick. Here is what Todd McShay had to say...

So, I did some calculations

And it looks like our “Unique” opponents have a record of 83-73 and TB’s “Unique” opponents have a record of 86-70.
I calculated unique meaning teams that we both haven’t played (we’ve played NO once, so i’m only counting the 13-0 once on TB’s side, etc.)

We are rooting for these teams to lose:
SEA, SF, MIN, JAC, IND, DET, ARI, CHI, TEN, HOU

We are rooting for these teams to win:
DAL, BUF, NYG, PHI, CAR, NE, MIA, NO, ATL, NYJ

Am I completely bonkers here or do the Rams have a 3 game lead on the SoS race to the first pick in the draft?

I'll continue to talk to myself here

But, is it possible the official current strength of schedule calculations don’t look at the future 3 games?
The Bucs have SEA, NO, ATL in their last 3 games who have a combined record of (24-15)
The Rams have HOU, ARI, SF in their last 3 games: (20-19)

The Rams last 3 games are 4 games easier than TBs.

and with my calculations...

that means that the 4 game gap over the last 3 games would wipe out the Rams 3 game advantage over the Bucs over the whole season.

Does that account for the discrepancy?

the harder you work on this

The more likely we blow the first pick on a long snapper

Its Pretty Simple

so far this year we have the easier schedule, with an easier schedule than TB we should have a better record right? well since we’re tied right now, we suck more than TB and get the #1 pick…………simple huh?

I Want The Rams Back In LA....The More They Lose The More Of A Chance That It Will Happen....Sorry St Louis You Cant Keep A Team(Twice)...Rams Come Home....We'll Be Here For You When You Do

EXACTLY

I could not have said it any simpler. Easier schedule + same record = you get earlier pick.

i think Roman is right

His numbers look spot on, the other sites picking the bucs first are mistaken unless their opponents win more in the next 3 weeks.
