Of course, before anyone goes out to buy a Null or Reilly jersey, bear in mind that the Rams are likely to draft a QB this April (just not with their Top 3 pick), and could be in the mix for free agent-to-be Jason Campbell. Campbell is likely done in DC, but he has a chance to rejuvenate his career in the right situation.
From ESPN's rumor mill (not exactly the height of credibility). I would be interested to see two things:
1 - Where are they hearing that we're not interested in using our top pick on a QB
2 - Where they've heard about seeing Jason Campbell in a Rams uni besides VanRam

When the Rams pick, Suh will be gone
So we might as well start getting comfortable with non-Suh choices.

What makes you so sure we won't be picking first?
Our schedule isn’t getting much easier and the team certainly isn’t trending upward right now.
And I'm still thinking that's the route we go
Honestly, I’m not in your camp, but as I’ve said before, once the momentum starts building towards our draft pick, the hype that will be pushing us to take a QB will be near impossible to escape.
Last year, as I went through my mock drafts, I stoppped by other SBN communities to gauge how they felt about the possibilities for their picks. When I stopped by Pride of Detroit to hear from Lions fans, they either didn’t want Stafford or didn’t think it would happen. Lo and behold…
I’m not saying I think we will take a QB at this point; it’s still to early to get any sense of a franchise’s momentum towards the draft in early December since there’s still football left to play (and though we often forget it thanks to recent Rams seasons, meaningful football). But once NFL teams start turning their eyes towards the next crop of rookies, expect the Rams-looking-for-a-franchise-QB snowball to start growing quickly.
You don't seem to want to accept the fact you're dealing with an expert in guerrilla warfare, with a man who's the best, with guns, with knives, with his bare hands. A man who's been trained to ignore pain, ignore weather, to live off the land, to eat things that would make a billy goat puke. In *St. Louis* his job was to dispose of enemy personnel. To kill! Period! Win by attrition. Well, *Steven Jackson* was the best.
As am I....
…if Tampa/Cleveland don’t win another game and Suh is gone. He’s pretty much the only player I’ve seen worthy of a top 5 selection at any position, minus Berry of course.

jim thomas of the PD
if you believe his sources, in all of his chats has been saying its not likely for the Rams to pick a QB at the top of the draft this year, but look for one in rounds 2 or 3.
I’ll see if I can find quotes.

some quotes
From 12/8:
As for drafting a QB, if I had to bet, I’d say no QB in the first round, barring a trade down.
12/1:
I reserve the right to change my mind _ AS DO THE RAMS _ between now and April. If I had to guess, I’d say no QB in first round.
From 11/24:
I’ve said this before, I think it’s far from a slam dunk that the Rams take a QB in the first round.
If Boller plays well down the stretch, he could be the so-called bridge quarterback here, while a second_ or third-round pick gets a year or two to develop.
That’s as far back as I feel like going. But, he’s been clearer before that he has intel from the Rams brass that QB is not top of their priorities in round 1.
