Martz would love to work with Jay Cutler.

That would be brilliant

Martz has made QB’s look good-hell great. He made JT O’Sullivan look great, and I knew he wasn’t as good as he was performing considering i went to High School with his brother and watched him play here in Sac and Davis. He made Kitna and the crappy Lions look like an offensive powerhouse. And finally, don’t forget that he turned Bulger into a starter as well as a Pro-Bowler….seems like such a long time ago.

and everyone of those QB's had their careers shortened

because he insured they got sacked. again. and again. and again.

I believe in 2010

Well I guess

he owes them an apology. Without Martz all 3 of those Pro-bowl QB’s were fine until Martz ruined their career….
Oh by the way, they got sacked because their O-lines sucked. Get a clue guy!

So

Lovie Smith goes from DC to HC and Mike Martz goes from HC to OC. I get it.

You don't seem to want to accept the fact you're dealing with an expert in guerrilla warfare, with a man who's the best, with guns, with knives, with his bare hands. A man who's been trained to ignore pain, ignore weather, to live off the land, to eat things that would make a billy goat puke. In *St. Louis* his job was to dispose of enemy personnel. To kill! Period! Win by attrition. Well, *Steven Jackson* was the best.

The issue that might stand in the way of this happening?

Lovie Smith.

It’s been reported by Hub Arkish on the radio in Chicago that people above Jerry Angelo have been in contact with Head Coach/General Manager types leading many to belive that Lovie Smith is on his way out.

This all hinges on the Bears keeping Lovie as head coach.

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.

wow such a long time ago

when lovie smith was our DC and we were actually leading the nfc in picks in his cover 2!

he did a great job

Thats when we had a hole every year at Free safety I think Kim herring was are guy when we went to the SB or was it Aeneas i know he moved from corner to fs at one point. And my old favorite bust Adam Archuleta. If we work on the pass rush find a good blitzing linebacker and if the right guys on the market sign a good corner back we could have a top 15 defensive unit. Oh yeah i wish i was on turfshowtimes (if it was around) when we had Mike furrey at saftey trying to tackle guys like Brandon Jacobs least we have a little stability at some positions I tell you what.

Archuleta wasn't a bust for the Rams.

He was damn good. He just ended up getting hurt too much and they got rid of him at the right time.

Don’t forget, they started to play him in a hybrid SS/LB role since our LBs sucked to high heaven and we couldn’t stop the run for anything. That led to numerous injuries since he was way undersized to play that close to the line on every play.

With that being said, he was crap in Washington and Chicago. But it wasn’t because of ability. He was just a shell of his former self.

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.
