A Rams source has confirmed the team will sign wide receiver Jordan Kent this afternoon to replace the injured Keenan Burton.
Kent (6'4, 219) played in nine games, with one start, for Seattle last season but has no career receptions. He did have three special teams tackles.

Per 101ESPN's Brian Stull, we get the above news. (h/t Sando)

He seems like a decent receiver

25 year old, 6’4’’ ,4.43 40 time. I like the sign even if we never need to use him. At least we sign a big guy, fast, guy, even though he can’t be all that great since he was not on a team before today.

The 53 as one have become the 53 that won.

Nor was Gibson a starter on any team-but look what we got (maybe)

In fact, most of the Rams players wasn’t on a team last year.

He was on their 53 man roster

I don’t know why everyone thinks he was a practice squad guy. We wouldn’t have had to trade for him is he was a practice squad guy.

Actually

I think he will be pretty good. I’ve heard he was really unhappy with the Hags last year because he was downgraded and was ignored in the offensive scheme. I don’t mean “I’m open-throw me the damn ball” kind of ignored, but he just didn’t exist. I hear he has something to prove and is chomping at the bit to do it. All he wants is the chance. We’ll see——

I wonder

if he will be above Ruvell Martin

No possible way.

I’m assuming you mean, right now?

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.

He's going to be active on Sunday?

Why would this signing have any impact on it?
