Rams at 49ers injury report

Some marquee players will be on the sideline when the St. Louis Rams travel to San Francisco this week. Let's take a look at the injury report as of Thursday.

St. Louis Rams

OUT - Did not practice

QB Marc Bulger
SS James Butler
OT Jason Smith

Limited in practice

OT Alex Barron
CB Ron Bartell

San Francisco 49ers

OUT - Will not play

RB Frank Gore
S Reggie Smith

Limited in practice

G David Bass
OT Joe Staley
LB Jeff Ulbrich

The 49ers believe that Staley and Bass will play this week, similar situation with Barron and Bartell.

Big name injuries or not, take nothing for granted this week.

I'd love to beat the niners

I hope to see more playaction passes from the offense this week.

Renardo Foster

Is he back on the practice squad? I always hoped he’d work out. He’s a mountain.

I've checked both Rotoworld and wikipedia

and, to the best of the information I’ve found, he’s a street free agent right now. Was released from the Rams on September 4 and it looks as if he hadn’t recovered enough from his ACL injury.

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.
