Pretty hilarious updated logos for some NFL teams. The Rams are on the second page. Enjoy.

Haha

The Rams is the best. It is a perfect description of what the Rams have become.

That's classic

The Rams one is definitely the best.

I believe in 2010

Oh

now that just makes me sad.

Fortunately I’ll be working tomorrow and unable to watch the game. Does that mean it’ll be the first one we win?

THIS year's the year. I hope....

Sigh...

…I can’t believe what shitty fans we have. I was personally offended by the implication that we’re this year’s Lions.

Seriously, what gain is there to being a (bleep) fan when the team is in a rough stretch? That’s when we should show that our support is unwavering, and that even if the team isn’t doing it’s best, we remain great fans. Your excuses that claim that you are simply realistic/honest are merely smokescreens to hide your fairweather nature. I’m going to scream my ass off tomorrow and remain faithful that we can get a win. Call me a blind optimist! The victories I’ll watch and enjoy as a blind optimist are much sweeter than those you’ll enjoy as surprised fatalists. GO RAMS!!!!! Beat the Vikes!!!

Now now

Just because there are realists among us doesn’t mean they don’t care. A little sarcasm helps ease the depressing nature of this streak of losses.

Personally, I have worn my Steven Jackson jersey to my local establishment for all but one game this year and been just as obnoxious as the next Redskins fan when the Rams did something good. Trust me, that’s not something a fair weather fan does.

I would never root for the Rams to lose. Period. And I think many here would agree with me. The fact that we have this community for people to vent and share their frustrations I think tells a lot about the people who do post. If they were fair weather and didn’t care, why would they visit the site at all when the team was losing? I know you weren’t directly talking about me. But I’ll end this comment like I end all of my posts….GO RAMS.

On a lighter note...

I’m really looking forward to the throwbacks today. Anybody else?

I apologize...

…I guess it’s more with the guys over at the PD website. The level of criticism there is off the charts, so I guess that when I sense even a whiff of it anywhere I might go off. I also read a comment on the daily norseman that said that were less optimistic than Lions fans were last season, which I don’t believe. I’ll confess however, that after last weeks game (which I drove to from Los Angeles), I was throwing out some sarcastic sneers at my team, but in the privacy of my car talking to my girlfriend. I was berated and heckled all day by drunk 49er fans, and I kept praying for my Rams to do something to make me say “(bleep) you!” to all of them, and they would respond with a Kyle Boller cross-field pick-six or a Danny Amendola fumble. It hurt. I’m hurting, and I was so mad driving home that day. But I also think some people, mainly on the PD website, have absolutely no hope/faith in this team, and it makes us look like bad fans. I know you guys wouldn’t be here if you didn’t care, and I guess I just prefer to be a little more upbeat (ala Spagnuolo) in the face of a rough stretch. I know different people handle the pain a little differently, it’s just hard to tell whether it’s support or criticism sometimes. The season is young and, I actually feel the Rams have competed well before the boneheadness of their own mistakes caused their doom. Our D was stout in the first half. Candlestick park was full of frowns/groans for 2 quarters of scoreless play until OUR mistake gave them their first score. I see progress in this team and I think they can do well by season’s end.

On a lighter note, YES!!! I am looking forward to the throwbacks! I really hope it inspires the guys to play winning football. I hope S-jax has a Marshall Faulk type game; 125 rsh yards, 50 rec yards, 2-3 tds. :)

Go RAMS!!!

(My apologies for the frustrated rant)

Here's my recomendation to help keep your sainity

stay away from the PD boards.

Period.

End of paragraph.

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.

No Apologies Needed

Again, that’s why TST is here. I’m actually really impressed going to the ‘Niners game. That’s pretty sweet. I do agree that the PD (especially some of the columnists) are consistently negative. Then again, they aren’t supposed to be fans. And yes, I would love a Marshall game!
